Title: Assistant Producer – UK Creative Marketing

Location: London Office Based, Angel (Hybrid: Mon–Thu in-office, Fri remote)

Wayfair is looking for a detail-loving Assistant Producer to help bring our campaigns to life across TV, VoD, Cinema, Audio, OOH, and more.

You’ll be a vital member of the UK & Ireland Marketing team, supporting creative production, coordinating timelines, and ensuring that every campaign asset is delivered on time, to spec, and on brand.

Whether you're fresh from an internship or have some early experience under your belt, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment while learning from some of the best in the business.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of assets across paid media channels (TV, VoD, OOH, Audio, Cinema)
• Support production timelines, schedules, and trackers alongside the Senior Producer
• Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure specs, formats, and deadlines are crystal clear
• Conduct quality checks and help traffic content to the right platforms
• Maintain clear workflows, version control, naming conventions, and archiving
• Handle POs and invoices related to production costs
• Take ownership of selected content projects – you’ll have space to grow and lead
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Some experience or an internship in creative production, project coordination, or campaign delivery
• Top-notch organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
• Basic understanding of production timelines and media asset specs
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira – we’re flexible!)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
