Job summary

Formula E invites a proactive Assistant Producer to drive live broadcast graphics and gallery operations on race weekends from our London base. You’ll bridge production and editorial teams, ensuring precise sponsor integration and flawless on-air delivery.

Joining the fastest-growing motorsport, you’ll manage asset pipelines, support non-live content, and help shape dynamic localised feeds for the International Feed and digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Experience as AP or Junior Producer in live sports broadcasting or gallery/post-production.
  • Hands-on with live broadcast graphics, data integration and asset workflows.
  • Calm, sharp and confident under fast-paced live gallery pressure.
  • Proactive team player with pride in flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Live Gallery Lead: staff the live gallery during race weekends and run graphics.
  • Graphics & Assets: manage full graphics workflow from pre-season updates to race-day data.
  • Sponsor & Commercial Checks: test pre-race graphics and translations for correct sponsor placement.
  • Events & Special Projects: assist with content gathering and setup for non-race events.
  • Editorial Support: help with video clipping, footage reviews and media gathering.

The Role:

As Assistant Producer, you'll be a key driver for the Formula E Broadcast Team. You'll support the delivery of live and non-live content across our International Feed, localised shows, digital channels, and documentaries.

You will lead day-to-day broadcast graphics execution and staff the live gallery on race weekends, keeping asset pipelines running smoothly so senior producers can focus on show design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Live Gallery Lead: Staff the live gallery during race weekends, running broadcast graphics across our International Feed and localised shows.
  • Graphics & Assets: Manage the full graphics workflow, from pre-season rebrand updates to race-day data integration and on-air graphics prep.
  • Sponsor & Commercial Checks: Test pre-race graphics, virtual ads, and translated feeds to ensure 100% accurate sponsor placement on air.
  • Events & Special Projects: Assist with content gathering, asset prep, and operational setup for non-race events, testing sessions, and special features.
  • Editorial Support: Help with video clipping, footage reviews, and media gathering for short-form digital content and long-form documentaries.
What we're looking for in you:
  • Experience: Previous AP or Junior Producer experience in live sports broadcasting or gallery/post-production environments.
  • Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with live broadcast graphics, data integration, and asset workflows.
  • Gallery Composure: Calm, sharp, and confident working under fast-paced live gallery pressure.
  • Eye for Detail: High standards for checking graphics, data, and sponsor branding before going live.
  • Mindset: A proactive team player who loves sports production and takes pride in flawless execution.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
