Oasis Academy Wintringham seeks an exceptional leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal and SENDCO, guiding inclusion and SEND provision. You will champion an ambitious, data-informed approach to improve outcomes for every student and support families and staff across the academy.

You will lead a dedicated SEND team, work with the Principal and SLT to drive school improvement, and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and well-being within a culture of inclusion.

  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential.

A Leadership Role with Purpose

As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the academy, working alongside the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for all students.

As our SENDCO, you will lead and develop a highly effective SEND provision that enables every learner to achieve success. You'll champion inclusion, ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, and work collaboratively with families, staff and external agencies to create exceptional support for students with additional needs.
