Goldthorpe Primary Academy is recruiting an Assistant Principal to join the Senior Leadership Team on a full-time, temporary basis. You will deputise for the Head of Academy, support executive leaders, and model outstanding classroom practice while monitoring provision, inclusion and pupil achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership within a school setting.
• Ability to model outstanding practice and drive pupil achievement.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Head of Academy in their absence and support SLT.
• Lead, monitor provision, inclusion and achievement for all pupils.
• Provide proactive financial and operational support to the Head of Academy and Delta finance team.
