Archway Trust is seeking an inspirational and committed Assistant Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive high standards in teaching, learning and personal development across the Academy.

The role focuses on collaboration with the Principal and SLT to advance inclusive education, strategic development and safeguarding, while supporting staff growth and student success in a supportive trust environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in school leadership and senior management.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and families.

Responsibilities

• Drive high academic and pastoral standards across the Academy.
• Promote inclusive education and equity within a nurturing environment.
• Contribute to strategic development of the Academy and Trust.
• Build leadership capacity and promote CPL for staff development.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the Principal and SLT.
• Support induction and professional development for colleagues.
