The Hurlingham Academy in Fulham, West London, seeks an innovative Assistant Principal responsible for Key Stage 3. The post holder will set culture, line manage three Heads of Year, and collaborate to ensure excellent teaching, behaviour and inclusion.

Proven track record in middle or senior leadership promoting high standards.
Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Establish the culture, habits and expectations underpinning long-term success at secondary level.
Line manage three Heads of Year and collaborate with staff to ensure excellence in teaching, behaviour and inclusion.
Identify and remove barriers to student success and champion effort, attendance and conduct.
Support students’ futures with high-quality pastoral care and progression opportunities.
