Willow Primary School, part of Exceed Learning Partnership, seeks an inspirational Assistant Principal with responsibility for Inclusion and SEND and a teaching commitment in Key Stage 1. You will join the Leadership Team to shape curriculum, mentor staff and ensure outstanding pupil outcomes.

This hybrid role combines high-quality classroom teaching with significant leadership responsibilities, working closely with the Executive Principal and Head of School within a successful Multi Academy

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
• Relevant CPD to role required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusion and SEND strategies across the school.
• Provide strategic leadership and daily management as part of the Leadership Team.
• Mentor and develop teaching staff to ensure outstanding pupil outcomes.
