Responsibilities
  • Lead on PSHE, enrichment, and all student-related activities, including clubs and trips.
  • Oversee teacher training and the development of new teachers entering the profession.
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement while balancing senior leadership responsibilities with classroom teaching.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (since 2017) with a PGCE in Secondary Geography from the University of East Anglia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Birmingham.
  • Master’s degree in Educational Practice and Research with a focus on leadership and management.

Work pattern
