Job summary

Wybers Wood Academy in Grimsby is seeking an Assistant Principal to join in January 2027 on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and deputise for the Head of Academy in their absence, leading as a high‑quality classroom practitioner while monitoring provision, inclusion and pupil achievement.

About this Role

Wybers Wood Academy are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our academy in January 2027, on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Assistant Principal,you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and you will deputise for theHead of Academy in their absence.

Your role will be tolead, firstly as a highly effective classroom practitioner that will modeloutstanding practice, as well as undertaking monitoring of the provision,inclusion and achievement for all pupils.
