Digital Gurus is seeking an Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role focuses on delivering and optimising multi-channel campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement and sales.

You will work with internal teams, agencies and platforms to drive performance across paid search, paid social and affiliate channels, turning data into actionable recommendations while staying ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing PPC campaigns through Google Ads.
• Experience running paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms such as Awin or Rakuten.
• Experience using SA360 and GA4 to monitor, evaluate and optimise performance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of performance marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager.
• Support affiliate marketing programmes on platforms such as Awin and Rakuten.
• Monitor campaign performance across channels and identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and platform partners to ensure alignment.
