Assistant Patient Administrator - Main Reception areas and Outpatient reception

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and confident person with experience in providing a high standard of customer care. The post holder will deliver a comprehensive, patient-focused reception service in our Outpatient Reception.

The successful candidate must have previous reception experience, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working hours are on rotation between 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, and 11am - 7pm, Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare by welcoming and supporting patients in a manner that meets their individual needs. They will also provide administrative support, liaising between patients, doctors, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times is essential.
