Assistant Parts Manager
  • Starting salary up to £39,376 per annum including Saturday morning overtime.
  • Access to a bonus scheme of £4,000+ per annum if minimum targets are met.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half.
  • Full in-house and manufacturer training.
  • 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.

Job Description

Assistant Parts Manager required for an automotive long-established franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Cardiff.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Parts Manager for our client’s bodyshop. As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary for this role is £43,376.

Person Specification
  • Hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience at a supervisory/senior level.
  • Assist in managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts.
  • Achieve parts sales volumes and profit objectives.
  • Motivate and develop the parts team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department.
  • Oversee the effective management of all parts and consumable stocks.
  • Recruit for parts team members.
  • Maintain standards of performance in the parts department through coaching and development.
