Job summary

Balfour Beatty's Major Projects team seeks an Assistant Package Manager / Sub Agent to oversee structural steel, envelope packages, and coordination of permanent and temporary works at Old Oak Common in North-West London.

In this role you’ll manage subcontractor deliverables, lead a small team of two APMs, and work with design, procurement and QS to progress the works, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification and civil engineering background.
• Experience with large infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of NEC3 contracts and works information.

Responsibilities

• Package management of Structural Steel/Envelope works, coordinating subcontractors' deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day interface with designers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards on site.
