Safeguard Armour, a leading provider of innovative armor and tactical equipment, is seeking a dependable and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing company. In this crucial support role, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our operational and sales processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our ambitious goals through meticulous execution.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Procedural Compliance: Meticulously implement and enforce existing operational and sales processes, ensuring strict adherence to all established standards, checklists, and workflows. You will be the guardian of our "right way" of doing things.
• Sales Operations Support: Manage critical sales support functions including CRM data integrity (accuracy, completeness, timely updates), qualification checklist verification for leads, and ensuring all stages of the sales pipeline are correctly documented and followed.
• Tender Management & Documentation: Oversee the administrative and compliance aspects of tender submissions; ensure all documentation is perfectly prepared, deadlines are met, and all requirements are meticulously fulfilled accordingto each specific tender's rules.
• JBP Completion & Channel Management Support: Ensure Joint Business Plans with distribution partners are completed accurately, all required fields are populated, and practical channel management procedures are consistently followed and documented.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Assist in maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with logistical procedures to support the supply chain team.
• ISO & Quality Standards Adherence: Play a key role in maintaining documentation and supporting processes related to ISO certification and other quality standards, ensuring all procedures are perfectly followed.
• Track, Verify, and Report: Monitor adherence to key operational procedures, identify deviations, ensure corrections are made, and prepare regular reports for management on compliance and execution status.
• Warehouse oversight: Manage and ensure discipline across the warehouse team, ensuring process are followed and complied
• Budgets and financials: Oversee budgetting and financial documentations
