Qualifications

• Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience leading or supervising in an early years setting.
• Proven track record of educational excellence and curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational standards.
• Develop and deliver a high-quality curriculum for children.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high safety and health standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and centre experience.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Manage records and support financial planning.
