Job summary

Busy Bees Bagshot is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational leadership. You will guide staff, drive curriculum quality, and maintain safeguarding standards while delivering exceptional care for children and families.

Ideal candidates have Level 3 in early years and prior leadership experience in a nursery setting, with strong communication and organisational skills to foster a positive, compliant, and nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering quality curriculum.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and educational standards.
• Assist in delivering a high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high safety and health standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff for a cohesive team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by offering excellent service to families.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and recruitment.
• Support financial planning and sustainability efforts.
