Busy Bees in the UK seeks an Assistant Centre Director at Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts to support the Centre Director, oversee daily operations, and uphold educational standards in a busy nursery. You will lead a team and contribute to curriculum delivery in a dynamic setting.

You will develop and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, while fostering staff development and delivering a high-quality experience for children and families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in an early years setting.
• Proven track record of delivering educational excellence and curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and maintain educational standards in partnership with the Centre Director.
• Develop and deliver a high-quality curriculum tailored to children's needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high safety and health standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a cohesive team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and a positive centre experience for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
• Support financial planning and sustainability of the centre.
