This is an exciting opportunity to manage our partnership with one of our biggest wholesale brands, Superdry! You will operate at a senior assistant level or be looking to take on more accountability, making influential decisions with autonomy to impact brand performance directly.

- Are you passionate about analysis, trading, managing stock, and relationship development?
Your Role:
- Fostering a Positive Relationship with Senior Managers at Superdry: Act as the main point of contact for Superdry, collaborating closely to curate commercial collections aligned with customer preferences and market trends. Ensure timely communication to facilitate smooth trading processes.
- Driving Sales Profitability and Building Relationships: Develop strategies to grow sales and profitability, proactively identifying revenue growth and margin improvement opportunities through effective merchandising and pricing strategies. Build rapport with brand representatives to strengthen partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration and Business Knowledge: Liaise with internal departments to support brand initiatives and develop a comprehensive understanding of company operations to inform decision-making.
- Managing Sales Budgets and Profit: Develop and monitor sales budgets for key brands, ensuring alignment with financial goals, and implement strategies to optimise profitability.
- Preparing Packs and Conducting Brand Visits: Prepare comprehensive packs for selection meetings, providing insights into performance and opportunities. Conduct brand visits to review trading performance and gather insights.
- In-Season Trading and Markdown Management: Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for maximising sales and minimising markdowns, implementing effective trading strategies.
- Training and Nurturing Trainee Merchandisers: Mentor and support trainee merchandisers to facilitate their professional development.
About You
- Great Communication Skills: Prepare clear presentations, tailor communication styles, and actively listen to feedback.
- Solid Technical Merchandising Skills: Use data analysis, forecasting, inventory planning, and stay updated on industry trends.
