As an Assistant Planner within the Merchandise Planning team, you will support inventory management, forecasting, and strategic planning to enhance business performance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for retail and merchandise planning.
Adopt a proactive approach to personal and peer development, promote improvements in working practices and systems, and participate in company initiatives as appropriate.
Build and maintain strong relationships within cross-functional teams such as Buying, Allocations, ECOM, and retail stores. Liaise with assortment planning and buying partners to review seasonal lessons learned and influence future buying decisions using analysis and historical data.
