Are you ready to crunch numbers, spot trends before they’re trending, and make magic happen behind the scenes? We're on the hunt for a sharp, organized, and downright awesome Assistant Merchandiser to join our fast-paced commercial dream team!

What you'll be up to (a.k.a. your superpowers):

• Decode the data: Dive into sales trends and help build show-stopping product ranges.
• Keep it flowing: Ensure stock hits the sweet spot—not too much, not too little.
• Smash those targets: Help us hit our financial KPIs with accuracy and flair.
• Be the glue: Work cross-functionally to keep launches timely and seamless.

Your daily groove will include:

• Supporting your Merchandiser with jaw-droppingly good analysis.
• Helping deliver on sales, stock, and margin targets.
• Owning range plans, line flows & delivery trackers like a boss.
• Feeding into weekly trade packs and making things happen!

You’ll also be:

• Keeping product strategy fresh and customer-focused.
• The gatekeeper of forecasts, intake plans, and all things inventory.
• A stock superhero—managing intake, store allocations, and customer lead times.
• The go-to guru for suppliers, warehouses, and stores.
• Running promos like a pro and keeping pricing squeaky clean.
• Partnering with Web & Marketing to make sure everything shines online.
• Obsessed with data and detail
• Great at juggling tasks without dropping the ball
• A communicator who can chat numbers AND ideas
• Always thinking two steps ahead
