  • Prepare monthly and quarterly hindsight packs and provide feedback to influence business decisions both in-season and for future planning.
  • Produce insightful historical analysis to support business strategy and range planning.
  • Maintain a strong cross-functional presence to support business data needs.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with reporting tools, line cards, WSSIs, trade reporting, and forecasting, with the ability to create action plans from analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, head office trading environment.
  • An enthusiastic interest in fashion and a passion for data and numbers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritise effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a fashion retail head office, with some experience at Assistant Merchandiser level preferred.

Benefits include an annual leave allowance starting at 21 days plus bank holidays, flexible working, annual leave purchase scheme, social fund, cycle-to-work scheme, and birthday treats.
