Job description

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team!

With exciting global launches, events and activations each week across Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, an Assistant Merchandiser is an invaluable member of the family here at REPRESENT.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Merchandiser in range planning, forecasting & trading decisions
  • Monitor & analyse sales performance, highlighting areas of opportunity/risk with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the management of stock levels, rebuys and allocations to retail
  • Oversee PO raising, ensuring MAAs are inputting accurate data
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Product & Logistics to ensure alignment on product launches
  • Ensure all information is correct on product launches – stock, RRP, cost price
  • Maintain product data and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Update daily and weekly reports
  • Contribute to the collation of the trade report
  • Updating and ownership of linecards, forecasting buys and signing off with the Merchandiser
  • Managing intake and communicating feedback to relevant stakeholders
  • Review stock transfers between warehouses
  • Review seasonal size ratios
  • Contribute to category strategy alongside the Merchandiser and Merchandising Manager
  • Support the MAA where needed, developing and training them

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in merchandising
