Join Tigermilk as an Assistant Manager in London!

Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France and Belgium. Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants.

From our first opening in 2019 to our latest launch in Marseille (July 2024), our goal has been to grow, improve, and delight our guests with great food and unforgettable experiences.

Next stop: London. Tigermilk is set to open its first location in Central London in June 2025. We are assembling a talented team to deliver an exceptional experience—from the kitchen to the dining room—and to be part of our exciting UK journey, with more openings planned.

Role Overview

If you're interested in joining this adventure, we are currently looking for an Assistant Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring the team works together to provide excellent service and efficiency.
2. Providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
3. Maintaining quick, friendly, and professional service at all times.
4. Anticipating guests’ needs and sharing your knowledge of our South American-inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations.
5. Maintaining high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy, and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.
6. Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift.
7. Supporting the restaurant team as a problem solver and motivator.
8. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager.
