Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for a fast-paced, trend-led fashion brand in Cardiff. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain high visual standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You will lead from the front, coach the team, recruit and train staff, and take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership roles, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ambition to progress within retail management.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and store KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve performance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and maintain store presentation.
• Keep up to date with fashion trends and inspire customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock handling.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of the store team.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
