Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and payroll while ensuring exceptional customer service and brand presentation. As a key member of the store leadership, you will apply fashion knowledge to styling recommendations, manage visual displays, and monitor inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Fluency in English and strong customer focus are essential.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is required.
• Drive to achieve results and a strong work ethic are expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to coach others.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day.
