Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Leicester store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead recruitment and training to elevate customer service and brand experience.

You'll manage opening/closing procedures, staffing and payroll, and ensure exemplary product knowledge and visual merchandising, while upholding our culture and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English with strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to coach others and build teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
