Job summary

Pro-Recruitment Group is partnering with a Top 10 UK accountancy firm to recruit a Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager in Manchester. You will design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes and provide expert tax guidance on share plans, while drafting documentation and supporting senior colleagues on delivery and relationships.

Hybrid working across UK offices is offered, with progression and development opportunities, and a broad client base from private equity to global groups.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Share Plans / Reward team in a professional services, legal or consulting environment.
• Able to design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes and provide tax advice on share plans.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.

Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager Manchester £40,000 - £45,000 (Hybrid working & excellent benefits)

We are currently working with a Top 10 UK accountancy firm who are looking to grow their national Employer Solutions team with the appointment of a Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking practice, supporting a wide variety of clients with share scheme design, implementation, and tax advisory services.The client base ranges from high-growth entrepreneurial businesses to global groups and private equity-backed organisations.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Work closely with clients to design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes
• Provide expert advice on tax treatment and compliance for a wide range of share plans
• Draft legal documentation to support share scheme implementation
• Support senior colleagues with project delivery and client relationship management
• Advise on valuations for tax purposes and contribute to international share incentive planning
