Job Description:

Do you have experience working with Children & Young People? Looking for a position with an established organisation that offers support and career progression? We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a new 3-bed regulated Supported Accommodation in Halifax.

Salary: £13.54 - £14.95 per hour (£26,050.96 - £28,763.80 annually), Night-time Support Allowance: £60.00 (equates to £33,250.96 - £35,963.80 per annum with a 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern including sleep allowance).

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Management team in meeting all responsibilities. Candidates should have experience in Children’s Residential Care or Supported Accommodation.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of regulations related to Children & Young People, including but not limited to:

• Ofsted regulations
• Children Act 1989/2004
• Leaving Care Act
• Safeguarding

Applicants must have or be working towards NVQ/Diploma Level 3/4 in Caring for Children & Young People or equivalent, and possess a full UK driving licence.
