Protocol in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Quality & Learning Manager to lead quality assurance across education in a prison setting. You will support curriculum delivery, coach teaching staff and drive improvements to learner outcomes.

With a degree or professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification, you will shape teaching standards, monitor performance and ensure regulatory compliance, while promoting innovative approaches and ensuring a positive learning

Assistant Quality & Learning Manager

Location: South London Prison
Salary: From £35,000 + London Weighting Allowance
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Quality & Learning Manager to support the delivery of high-quality education within a prison environment.

Working closely with the Education Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment while supporting tutors to achieve excellent outcomes for learners. The Role

As Assistant Quality & Learning Manager, you will support curriculum delivery across a range of educational programmes, including Functional Skills, Personal and Social Development and vocational training.

You will take ownership of quality assurance and improvement activities, ensuring teaching standards remain high and that performance targets are achieved. The role also involves coaching and supporting teaching staff, driving innovation and embedding best practice across the education provision.
