Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for The White Hart in Sevenoaks. You will help lead the bar and waiting team, oversee busy service periods, and run special events while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll be involved in deciding beers on tap, selecting gins and wines, and supporting staff development to uphold Brunning & Price standards. A focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role preferred.
• Proven ability to train and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
