Job summary

The White Hart in Newnham-on-Severn, part of Quality Inns, is seeking experienced bartenders and waitstaff to join our friendly pub team.

We offer £12.71 per hour plus tips, 20–40 hours per week, and a clear progression into a Keyholder role after training. Join a local, family-run pub group with training and opportunities to grow across our Gloucestershire and Devon pubs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working behind a busy bar.
• Confident serving customers and managing a busy shift.
• Able to work independently and use your initiative.
• Reliable, responsible and well organised.
• A friendly, approachable attitude.
• Good knowledge of drinks and bar service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working on the floor when needed.

The White Hart in Newnham-on-Severn is looking for experienced Bartenders & Waitstaff to join our team

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys working in a busy pub environment and potentially ready to take on a little more responsibility over time.

We're looking for people who can hit the ground running, work confidently without constant supervision and take pride in delivering great service to our customers.
