The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager at our Liverpool store. You will be responsible for assisting the team, with the ability to assume store management responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on all aspects of running the store, assuming duties in their absence.
• Meet sales goals, analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs, and set strategies.
• Continuously motivate sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Support the development of Fragrance Consultants' techniques, ensuring utilization of fragrance profiling to maximize sales, and ensure team members are fluent in product knowledge.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
• Assist in managing the client database and utilizing information to increase sales and client contact.
• Manage all special events, including collection previews, client events, sales events, and center events.
• Empower Fragrance Consultants to make decisions in the customer's best interest that support the company's philosophy.
• Assist in maintaining staffing levels and work schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage while controlling payroll costs.

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Business Manager, Key Holder, or Assistant Store Manager.
• Experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
• A positive mindset and flexibility to adapt to short notice changes in working schedules.
• The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches, or store activities.
• Self-sufficient and motivated to work independently, prioritizing workload effectively.
