We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Store Manager at our Liverpool store you'll will be responsible for assisting the team, with the ability
to assume the store management responsibilities in the Store Manager`s absence. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining andachieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams,and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on all aspects of running to store, assuming the Store Managerduties in their absence
• Meet sales goals, analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the businessand set business strategies
• Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
• Support the development of Fragrance Consultants techniques, ensuring utilisation of fragranceprofiling to maximise sales, and ensure selling team members are fluent in all aspects of product
knowledge
• Demonstrate sales leadership for team members by playing an active role on the selling floor •
• Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and clientcontact
• Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events and centre
events, etc
• Empower Fragrance Consultants to make decisions in the customer’s best interest that also supportthe Company’s philosophy
• Assist in maintaining staffing levels and work schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage whilecontrolling payroll costs
• Previous experience in an Account Manager/ Business Manager/ Key Holder, Assistant store manager role
• Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
• A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
• The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launched or activity unique to that store
• The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own, you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to priority your workload
