McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy, guest-focused team in a pub/restaurant environment. You will drive service standards, manage bookings, rota planning, cash and stock control, and deputise for the Manager when required.

Previous Assistant Manager experience is essential, with the McMullen GROW Programme supporting internal promotion. A competitive salary and achievable bonus reward commitment and career growth within this long-established family-run business.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager

Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential however further training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme.

£38,065 per annum includes average tronc £3,439 (based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025)
