Job summary

North Bar Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor, support the GM, and influence how the bar feels, performs, and grows.

You’ll lead service, nurture a strong team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience, with real ownership over standards, stock, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• Confident leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Strong presence on the floor; people listen when you speak.
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Genuine passion for hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of beer or willingness to learn quickly.
• Health & safety / food hygiene knowledge.
• Personal licence is nice to have.
• Spirits / wine knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities
