About the role

Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive store success through sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, develop, and inspire your team in an environment where product knowledge and customer passion for the outdoors are key. You’ll ensure the store looks great and that the team delivers excellent customer service, sharing their passion and helping everyone enjoy the outdoors. We’re all Brand Ambassadors!

About you

We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and flair for Visual Merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is essential.
