Savers Health & Beauty Ltd. is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Derby store. The role involves leading store teams to deliver strong results, while fostering a warm and welcoming environment and building connections within the local community.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong delegation skills, and an ability to create effective routines that drive sales. The position is full-time with a generous bonus scheme and extensive benefits.

Location: Derby
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
