Job summary

Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns site in Elmwood Farm (Beighton) seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a busy pub’s team and ensure smooth operation. You’ll guide the team, model excellent service, and help train staff to uphold high standards.

You’ll join a supportive leadership group, with live-in accommodation available and a focus on delivering great experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.
