Mitchells & Butler plc's Arkle Manor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team and deliver a warm guest experience. You will mentor individuals to be their best and drive day-to-day operations with pride.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service of which you can be proud.
• Guide development within the team and be a role model for others.
• Lead the team to deliver WOW moments that keep guests coming back.
