Qualifications

• 1 year or more of people management experience.
• Experience delivering excellent customer experiences in fast-paced venues.
• Able to work late evenings and up to three weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to keep the centre clean and functional.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive upselling opportunities to hit targets.
• Handle banking and stock control.
• Occasional on-duty lead manager shifts including evenings and weekends.
