Costa, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to run our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service across a major High Street brand. This is a full-time role contracted to 40 hours per week.

You will liaise between team and management, motivate staff, manage inventories and budgets, oversee tills, and lead by example. The role rewards initiative and offers progression with a broad benefits package.
