Qualifications

• 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast-paced hospitality/retail.
• Availability - Full-Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for developing others.
• A high level of integrity and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction).
• Use reports to drive action plans.
• Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas.
• Understand and influence monthly P&L.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Deliver exceptional shift operations.
• Coach and develop team members and shift managers.
• Be hands-on during peak times.
• Champion regular 1-2-1s and coaching sessions.
• Grow confident, capable team leaders.
