• Strong communication skills to train and inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver WOW moments for guests and drive repeat visits.
