You'll motivate the team to deliver an excellent guest experience, manage day-to-day operations, and create moments that WOW our guests, with ongoing staff training and competitive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a restaurant or hospitality team.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire your team.
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor team members.
• Willingness to act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them coming back.
