Miller & Carter - Dartford is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue and to lead the team to success. You’ll motivate staff, mentor individuals to be the best they can be, and help deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and supporting a General Manager.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
