Miller & Carter - York Lendal is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll motivate and mentor staff, act as Duty Manager when needed, and play a key role in driving service excellence, training, and team development across all shifts in a busy steakhouse environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality settings.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great guest experience.
• Willingness to take on Duty Manager responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
