Job summary

Wadworth is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the management team in our pubs across the South and West. You will support the Deputy Manager and help maximise sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead a team, develop skills in finances, recruitment and policy compliance, and play a key part in creating a busy, welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Responsibilities
