Job summary

Wadworth in Castle Combe is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our pub management team. You will work with the manager to ensure smooth operations, lead the team, and deliver outstanding service.

We value reliability, punctuality and a passion for hospitality. You will help manage costs, drive a great guest experience and uphold compliance across all areas of the site.

As Deputy Manager you will work as part of the management team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the pub, support the manager, build & lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, control all costs and ensure all areas of compliance are adhered to. As deputy you will be capable of taking full responsibility for every aspect of running the pub in the absence of the manager.
