Qualifications

• Experience leading cafés or hospitality teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Willingness to grow into General Manager role.

• Be on floor during busy periods, serve guests and keep things moving.
• Coach and develop the people around you.
• Help recruit and welcome brilliant new team members.
