Qualifications

• Passion for exceptional guest service.
• Experience in hospitality roles preferred.
• Ability to support GM and management team to drive the restaurant forward.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support to the GM and management team during shifts.
• Deliver quality service to guests and maintain high standards.
• Developing team members and driving sales and profits.
• Lead by example, train and coach front of house staff to ensure outstanding guest experience.
